Dr. Papp has been trained to use an integrative approach to the practice of psychiatry, combining elements of psychotherapy with expert use of medications and natural supplements, as well as ketamine for treatment-resistant conditions.

Dr. Papp is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology as well as the National Board of Physicians and Surgeons (in Psychiatry), holds an Assistant Clinical Professor status at UCSD and is on the adjunct faculty of Alliant International University. He has completed a fellowship program in “The Integration of Psychotherapy and Psychopharmacology” at the Long Island Jewish Hospital.

She is Board Certified in Biofeedback (BCIA Fellow), and a Master Addiction Counselor (NAADAC).  As an Adjunct Faculty at Alliant Int’l U, Dr. Myers teaches psychopharmacology to psychologists who are training for prescriptive authority.

Dr. Ariane Myers is committed to helping individuals realize their unique potential through a collaborative and engaging therapeutic process. She infuses humor and a sense of fun into her work, creating a warm and supportive environment for her clients.
Specializing in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, hair pulling/ skin picking, phobias, and tic disorders, Dr. Myers also addresses the intersection of mental health and developmental disabilities, including autism and ADHD. She believes effective therapy combines a nurturing therapeutic relationship with evidence-based techniques.

Dr. Ariane Myers is skilled in various evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Dr. Myers earned her undergraduate degree from UC San Diego and her doctorate from CSPP San Diego. She completed an APA-accredited internship at Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, specializing in the treatment of underserved families and children. Her research has explored pediatric unintentional injuries, the impact of social media on the mental health of pre-teens, and the aging experience of older adults with autism. Currently, she is an adjunct faculty member at CSPP, where she teaches cognitive assessment
